It’s because of things like this: it has just been chosen to celebrate The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023, the prestigious awards that are presented annually to the 50 best chefs and restaurants in the world.

The purpose of this event is to bring together the entire global community of cuisine, and fans of cooking in general, for an awards ceremony that will feature a program of activities for different representatives from the sector, from the most distinguished stars of cuisine to the students and future masters of cooking.

The year 2023 will see the most renowned chefs, restaurateurs, media and culinary icons in the world gather in Valencia.
