Valencia Cuina Oberta is back and reservations are now open

Take note because there’s an event on the horizon: from October 13 to 23, Valencia Cuina Oberta, our beloved event where you can get where haute cuisine at special prices, returns.

And you can make your reservation starting today. Don’t dilly-dally, because spots are booking fast, given the delicious dishes.

How can I make a reservation? This time it’s changed a little, but it’s still just as easy:

  • Check the event’s official website.
  • Select the restaurant you’d like to go to.
  • Choose a menu.
  • Book directly with your restaurant of choice, which means that if you have to make changes, you will also have to contact them.

And enjoy!

Because there are dishes of all kinds, each more delicious than the last, even restaurants with a Michelin star or Repsol Suns. Check the list and you’ll see that there’s cuisine for all tastes: restaurants like La Salita, Apicius, 2 Stations, Contrapunto, La Marítima, Kaymus, Xanglot and Portolito, and interesting new offerings like Villa Indiano, Apapacho, Rocalla and Nova Conca.

And all at great prices: 28 euros for lunch and 36 euros for dinner.

In the case of establishments with a Michelin Bib Gourmand or Soles Repsol star or rating, there is a 20-euro surcharge.

Drinks are not included, since that will be up to each individual’s taste.

So start choosing a restaurant and make your reservation, since this is a perfect occasion to enjoy meals, with the city’s best chefs pulling out all the stops to serve up quality dishes made with local products.
